Can we have breakfast before 08:30?

The buffet opens at 08:30. For groups leaving early — sports teams in particular — ask us while we prepare the proposal and we will see what can be arranged.

Are there accessible rooms?

The building has no lift. There are first-floor rooms that avoid the stairs to the second floor: tell us how many the group needs and we will reserve them.

Do you ask for a deposit or prepayment?

It depends on the size of the group and the dates. The exact terms are always written into the proposal, before you confirm anything.

The hotel has 17 double rooms, accommodating up to 34 people with full occupancy. We work with groups outside the peak summer months, when several rooms can be held together.

We prepare a tailored proposal for every group. Write or call us with approximate dates, number of people and board basis, and we will come back with availability and terms.

How it works

From enquiry to arrival

Group bookings are not closed through the booking engine: they are agreed by phone or email, because there are almost always terms to adjust.

1 · You send us the datesWith the number of people, how many nights and whether you need breakfast. Flexible dates help: outside the peak months there is far more room to hold the whole group together.
2 · We check real availabilityWe look at how many of the 17 rooms we can block on those dates and come back with a firm answer, not an estimate.
3 · We send the proposalWith the rate per room and night, the board basis and the cancellation terms. No agency commission.
4 · Confirmation and rooming listOnce confirmed, we agree a deadline for you to send the room allocation and the names of the guests.
5 · ArrivalTell us the expected arrival time and we prepare the keys in advance so check-in is quick.
