Two floors, 17 rooms

Seven rooms on the first floor (101–107) and ten on the second (201–212). All are doubles. An extra bed can be added in the superior rooms — there are 7 in the whole house, so it is requested when booking and confirmed; there are no family rooms.

Room 107, on the first floor, is adapted for guests with reduced mobility. If you need it, tell us when booking or give us a call and we will assign it.

The building has no lift: the second floor is reached by stairs.

Our entry-level room. A complete room for two with private bathroom and shower, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. A good fit for beach stays where the room is mainly for sleeping.

  • Is there an adapted room for reduced mobility?Yes. Room 107, on the first floor, is adapted for guests with reduced mobility. As there is only one, it is worth booking ahead: tell us when booking or give us a call and we will assign it.
  • Is there a lift in the building?No. There are two floors and the second is reached by stairs. Every first-floor room (101–107), the adapted one included, avoids them: if you need one, tell us when booking.
  • Can I choose a double bed or twin beds?You can tell us your preference when booking and we will note it. The final allocation depends on availability on the day of arrival, as each room type includes both layouts.
  • Can a third person or a cot fit in the room?In the superior double, yes: it takes an extra bed for a third guest. There are 7 extra beds in the whole house, so ask for one when booking and we confirm it subject to availability. The standard double sleeps two only. For a cot, please ask us before booking.
  • What is the difference between the standard and the superior?Floor space. Both have the same amenities — private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and daily housekeeping; the superior is noticeably larger and is the one we recommend from three nights on.
  • Is breakfast included?Breakfast is not served at the moment: the buffet rests in autumn and winter and is back in spring. There are cafés in the village a few minutes away on foot.
  • What are the check-in and check-out times?Check-in from 15:00 and check-out until 11:00. There is no latest arrival time: reception is staffed 08:00 – 16:00 and, outside those hours, you check in yourself on the tablet by the entrance, which is available 24 hours and gives you the code to collect your room key.
  • Is there Wi-Fi in the rooms?Yes, free Wi-Fi throughout the property, rooms included.
